PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

1 – PREAMBLE

The protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data is a fundamental right. To this end, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) aims to contribute to the creation of an area of freedom, security and justice.

Already committed to respecting the French Data Protection Act, the MOUSSET Group has taken on board the European regulation and has embarked on a compliance process. This commitment is a major concern for the Group, which has created a committee specifically dedicated to Data Protection.

Whether with regard to its customers, suppliers, employees or private individuals, the MOUSSET Group respects the general principles governing the implementation of data processing.

To this end, the Group’s data protection committee ensures compliance with the texts and proposes the technical and organisational measures necessary to strengthen the data protection policy.

The MOUSSET Group maintains regulatory documentation (register of processing operations, register of data breaches) as well as a system for collecting and organising documentary evidence which it makes available to the supervisory authorities.

1-5 – Cookie management

At present, only cookies related to the operation of the site are deposited. The committee is waiting for the final deliberation of the CNIL concerning the management of cookies.

  • recruitment management (see Chapter 3)
  • commercial activity (see Chapter 4)

Management of data for the purpose of subsequent contact: answering various questions relating to the activity, history and locations of the MOUSSET Group.

2-2 – Lawfulness of processing

Article 6 – paragraph A – point 1: Based on the consent of individuals

2-3 – Data collected

Only the data necessary for the purpose of processing is collected.

2-4 – Recipients

The data is processed by the department responsible for answering questions put to the MOUSSET Group, and used by the Group’s business managers. Under no circumstances is it transmitted to partners or third parties.

2-5 – Conservation period

The data is only kept for the time required to ensure that contact is resumed and, if necessary, the request is reclassified.

2-6 – Security – Integrity – Availability

The MOUSSET Group implements a general security policy as well as technical and organisational measures to protect personal data and ensure its integrity and availability.

3 – RECRUITMENT MANAGEMENT

3-1 – Purpose of processing

Management of requests related to applications, questions about positions to be filled, our professions, establishments, requirements.

3-2 – Lawfulness of processing

Article 6 – paragraph B – point 1: Necessary for the execution of a pre-contractual measure.

3-3 – Data collected

Only the data necessary for the purpose of the processing operation are collected.

3-4 – Recipients

The data is processed by the MOUSSET Group’s “Recruitment” department and used by the Group’s business managers. All requests, including unsolicited applications, are processed via the Taleez platform. Under no circumstances are they transmitted to other partners or third parties.

3-5 – Operation of the Taleez platform – Rights management – Retention period

3-5-1 – Rights of access, modification and deletion of the applicant’s personal data.
Each applicant has the right to access his/her data by contacting support@taleez.com. In the event of a request for deletion of personal data on the part of an applicant, the data will be permanently deleted.

3-5-2 – Transmission of the application

When submitting their application, candidates must accept the Terms of Use of the Service. This is a document established to define the relationship between the applicant and the company.

3-5-3 – Automatic management of data retention

A request to extend data retention is sent to the candidate by email 2 years after the last contact. If the candidate’s consent is not renewed, his/her personal data will be deleted.

3-6 – Security – Integrity – Availability

The MOUSSET Group implements a general security policy as well as technical and organisational measures to protect personal data and ensure its integrity and availability. This requirement also applies to our partner Taleez.

3-7 – Information to individuals / rights management

4 – MANAGEMENT OF COMMERCIAL RELATIONS

4-1 – Purpose of processing

Management of requests related to transport services and responses to requests for quotes.

4-2 – Lawfulness of processing

Article 6 – paragraph B – point 1: Necessary for the performance of a commercial contract.

4-3 – Data collected

Only the data necessary for the purpose of the processing is collected.

4-4 – Recipients

The data is processed by the MOUSSET Group’s “Sales” department and used by the Group’s business managers. Under no circumstances is it transmitted to partners or third parties.

4-5 – Duration of storage

The data is kept for the duration of the contract.

4-6 – Security – Integrity – Availability

The MOUSSET Group implements a general security policy as well as technical and organisational measures to protect personal data and ensure its integrity and availability.

4-7 – Information for individuals – Rights management
